Mitra Yoga Fest 2020

Our Vision is to bring the world back into connection and balance through Yoga. 

We live yoga, we breath yoga - we know the power and beauty of the yoga practice in bringing us back into alignment and connection with ourSelves - both internal and external. Imagine a world where everyone felt joy bubbling up in their hearts for no apparent reason, when situations come - no matter how unexpected - they can be acknowledged, processed and become our learnings, our teachings. Imagine a world of non-violence, of truthfullness, of mastery. Imagine a world of connection, of balance, of harmony. That is what the practice of yoga can do - this festival is a platform manifested to bring to you some of the sincerest practitioners and teachers we could find.

We bought forward the festival by a year because it's in the hardest of times that the practice of yoga keeps us centered, allows us to see things as they are and keeps us going. This years festival is exclusively to raise funds for the Covid-19 relief efforts. 

MitraYogaFest 2020 is two (and a bit) days featuring teachers, kirtan artists and incredible speakers from around the world, who will help you reset your perception, redefine your limits and renew your contract with exploring life.
