Sandra: Invited to yoga ashtanga by a soulmate, I started to practice and soon realised how this practice changed my life, in many subtle deep ways. I studied yoga at Meenakshi Sivananda Yoga School and Restorative yoga with Lizzie Lasater, and found in Mysore Yoga Paris the place where I wanted to explore and deepen my practice, under the guidance of Kia Naddermier, adjusting at best my activities of visual artist and filmmaker and my life as a mom and a nomad. My encounter with Kia Naddermier was crucial in my practice, which under her soft eye and caring teaching took on a more committed and conscious dimension. Eventually I became Kia's apprentice to continue explore closer to the well and to be able in turn to share this beautiful practice with beginning practitioners.
Yotam: Producer, Recording Artist, Yoga & Meditation facilitator, Musician… Exploring the thin line of sound and practice and develops guided and instrumental soundscapes. From the moment I stepped on the mat, it all made sense. I study, practice, and share mat for over 15 years. My practice is inspired by the traditional Ashtanga practice, a soft and gentle flow wrapped and driven by sounds and rhythms I compose for each class. What started as a short physical practice took over all aspects of my life. I fulfill all my dreams and achievements through practice. I am grateful and respectful to all the gurus and beautiful people in my journey who keep inspiring me. As the years go by, I strive to share my experience, as sharing and teaching go hand in hand with spiritual growth.
